These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "you") and 55ji Casino ("55ji," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 55ji website located at 55ji.org and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 55ji accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 55ji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If 55ji identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation, subject to potential forfeiture.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 55ji account, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 55ji is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 55ji login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 55ji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 55ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

55ji operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, or when required by regulatory obligations, 55ji may request official identity documents including a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawal requests withheld until verification is complete.

All transactions on the 55ji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. 55ji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with or without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion stipulates otherwise.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 55ji wallet immediately upon receipt of cleared funds; e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya) are typically instant.
• 55ji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed to a game balance. Contact 55ji support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• 55ji does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests from your 55ji wallet are subject to the following conditions:

All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the Promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all 55ji Promotions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your 55ji wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 55ji members only — one per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

• All bets placed on 55ji are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation, except where 55ji's specific game rules expressly permit it (for example, cash-out features in eligible sports bets).
• 55ji uses independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games. RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 55ji.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 55ji will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its last valid state. 55ji's decision on the outcome of interrupted game sessions is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 55ji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or participating in the same account through multiple individuals.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access or interact with the 55ji Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the 55ji Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to 55ji support immediately.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward other users or 55ji staff.

55ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of applicable laws.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee after this period, deducted from the remaining balance.
• Self-exclusion requests made by the account holder through responsible gaming tools.
• Requirements under applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

You may close your 55ji account voluntarily at any time by contacting 55ji customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 55ji Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 55ji Platform without express written permission from 55ji.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55ji and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 55ji Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service or Platform unavailability.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any act or omission of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game software providers.

55ji's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your 55ji account in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Any dispute between you and 55ji that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 55ji operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory standards and Philippine gaming legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
